All Couturie jewellery comes in our own soft grey suedette drawstring bag. Items over £100 are boxed.  Phone cases are packaged in a smart, white slider box and inkbox tattoos come in their own unique packaging.

Is it a gift?  Let us know in the 'add a note to order' section of the cart and we will exchange the invoice for a gift receipt.

We want you to be 100 per cent happy with your purchase from Couturie.   Our jewellery is custom made and personalised for you, so if you have a change of heart or spot a mistake, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing sales@couturie.com (within 24 hours please).

If, once delivered, the goods are not what you ordered or are damaged, please notify us by email within 7 working days and we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; or replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

As all our personalised items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 30 per cent restocking fee and refunds can take up to 7 days to process.

Please note that any returned items must be in an unworn condition.

Creativity takes a little time. Our custom pendants are made to order in our UK studio and can take up to 10 working days to make.  We strive to get our orders out as soon as possible with regular updates.

Delivery is free of charge within the UK when you spend over £50.00 (excluding Channel Islands) and is sent via Royal Mail ' signed for' delivery which should take one working day after they arrive from our studio. We use the same service for purchases under £50.00 at a charge of £2.75.

International delivery is charged at the standard rate of £9.95 and is sent by Royal Mail 'tracked and signed' and will take 3-7 days depending on location.  Special Delivery with in the UK is an option at the check out for an additional £7.50 but production time will remain the same. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to help if possible.
