We want you to be 100 per cent happy with your purchase from Couturie.   Our jewellery is custom made and personalised for you, so if you have a change of heart or spot a mistake, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing (within 24 hours please).
If, once delivered, the goods are not what you ordered or are damaged, please notify us by email within 7 working days and we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; or replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
As all our personalised items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 30 per cent restocking fee and refunds can take up to 7 days to process.
Please note that any returned items must be in an unworn condition.
