We want you to be 100 per cent happy with your purchase from Couturie. Our jewellery is custom made and personalised for you, so if you have a change of heart or spot a mistake, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com (within 24 hours please).
If, once delivered, the goods are not what you ordered or are damaged, please notify us by email within 7 working days and we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; or replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
As all our personalised items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 30 per cent restocking fee and refunds can take up to 7 days to process.
Please note that any returned items must be in an unworn condition.
